  This was the first Starbucks that I have ever been to in my entire life. Ever. It opened when I was still in high school inside the then new Target store, and it was a huge deal.
  
  From my first java chip frappuccino to my most recent soy chai dirty latte, let's say my espresso preferences have definitely matured a little bit.
  
  I came here a couple times recently on the way out of Tallahassee to Georgia. It's conveniently located on 319 North, which is a perfect stopping point before I get going on the road to Atlanta. The baristas working are usually pretty quick, although with crowds, they don't seem to be the most efficient.
  
  We ordered the seasonal Cherry Blossom Frappuccino here - it was the barista's first time making it, and it was deliciously sweet. Tasted like strawberry Nesquik.
  
  A great place to stop by while shopping at Target or before heading north out of town. Or even for the occasional high schooler (from Chiles) who won't have to drive maniacally off campus during lunch to get the less than a mile here (yes, guilty).

  It's unfortunate this is the closest Starbucks to my house and it's located in Target, which usually is a must for every visit. But, lately since they've revamped the store layout the Starbucks has went the wrong direction. I waited at counter for more than 5 minutes yesterday and no one came to take order. No one came to check if anyone was waiting. Terrible service! Several Target associates were sitting there sipping their drinks but didn't make any effort to find the worker or tell me no one was actually working there. Maybe it's not run by Target any more?
  Again, not a standalone Starbucks so it's unfortunate.
